This blog is part of what could and should be a charitable cause: to make sure every individual can legally drive. This can be difficult because in most places whoever needing to take their driving test must provide a vehicle to take the test in. The examiners do not offer vehicles to test in and this can be difficult to some people who do not have relatives that they can trust and also they have friends that have passed their driving tests but do not have adequate insurance for their vehicle to qualify to test in. Many decades ago, most women were the largest group of people to not legally drive because they never "needed" to drive. They relied on men to "chauffeur" them places, but they were still dependant on men, who were not always available to drive them places and also most did not want the women to drive. As a result and as time passed, more women who are now widows, have their driver licenses while some never took their driving tests. Today, women are driving. I can not speak for every country in the world, but most of them have women that drive. In the USA especially, there is a new group of people that do not drive.
Special Needs children, low income children, and any children that grow into adults that otherwise have been isolated and hardly any skills have been taught for them to achieve independence (or because this is financially impossible to some households) ...Which includes...being able to legally drive. Not all Special needs children, but a lot of them, are isolated from others and not many skills are presented for them to learn and be able to be independent of others. Some of them have legal guardians into adulthood. Most people will think that it is impossible for special needs children to be independent. Some can, and they have the capability to decide for themselves. And if anybody wonders if it is the end of the world to teach a special needs child how to drive and to make sure they can legally drive... Think about this:
There are many people that drive and they do not have a valid driver's license and valid insurance.
Many people drive intoxicated.
Many people drive too fast and too dangerously.
Many people text while driving.
Many people multitask while driving.
And another alarming trend... many kiss while driving. I have seen people answer this on Facebook Surveys that people copy and paste into Notes.
And also think about this: What gives these people, that abuse the driving privilages but still drive regardless of that fact, the right to drive and others not the right to drive?!
I am not even sure why it is required for people to bring a vehicle to test in instead of being able to test in vehicles provided by the driving examiners.
I would like to help out everybody that I can that needs to take a driving test but can't find a suitable to test in. Qualified people that I would consider are people that have passed Driver's Education, the vision tests, and the written tests. Of course I would not answer anybody on here because they most likely are spamming.
So that means that it is best for every driving test place should provide vehicles for people to test in. It would make everything much simpler for everybody... especially special needs children, children in poverty, and any other children that are unable to test or are discouraged to test. I am not sure how many people this is but it is still wrong that some people that want to take their driving tests are unable to.
